Fleet re-IP recovery (2026-06-14): r2-d2 10.1.0.11->10.1.0.10, c-3po 10.1.0.12->10.1.0.11 (pi .10 decommissioned). Nodes were fixed live during recovery; this syncs the repo source so deploys do not revert them.

  • remap hardcoded IPs in stack configs (+ docs), v4 + v6
  • (r2-d2) forgejo runner extra_hosts: pin instance host (AdGuard $client=LAN does not classify container queries)
  • (c-3po) download creates nfs_vault_packs (was external with no creator)

NOTE: merging to trunk triggers the deploy workflow (rsync stack/ + redeploy autostart stacks). Merge during a window you can monitor.
